CZ 75 (SP01) THIN AL Grips Border Checker CZC LOGO BLUE

I run the thin aluminum grip tape version of these grips on my full size competition gun and have been happy with them. They don't work at all for carry, however, so I decided to go with the thinn border checker style on my compact carry gun. While the photo of the full size border shecker grips show some distinct angles on the checkering (somewhat like regular checkering on a wood grip), the compact grips I received merely had lines scribed into them and are not quite as grippy as I was hoping. Still, they fit well and really slim down the grip, as I've come to expect from the grips I've used on my comp gun. Come on, Angus, get the camera out and let's get a photo up for these grips! :)

I received my CZ Compact AL Checkered Grips and just installed them. They fit tight but you have to tighten the screws down just a little farther than standard plastic or rubber grips (I use Hogue slot CZ screws). I also added a little oil to the threads to make this a smooth install. Tight fit on the frame. Makes the grip the same size as the frame rails. The checkering is more of a decorative cross hatch design. Nice for CCW although will probably make the pistol cooler to the skin if you don't wear a tee shirt between your pants and main shirt to conceal. It definitely makes a CZ stand out from the crowd and these grips are as described. 5 out of 5 for me! Now I need some Night Sights!
