Mine look like pictured. Fit well on to the handle. Original rubber grips grip much better. I would get thin AL aggressive checker if it were my gun. For wife's gun and they look nice.

The grips look great and the checkering is well cut. The best part of this purchase has been the service. I received several emails with my order status, and it came in a very timely manner. My first Order but will not be my last!

The set that I received have a very nice grain and are well finished. They fit perfectly using the factory grip screws and really dress up my duo tone model. I don't know exactly what finish is used, but it really catches the light and gives a deep look that brings out the grain of the wood. The checkering is nice and even, and grippy without being sharp. These are thinner than the factory plastic, but still have a bit of contour to them. I'm very happy with these grips!

Grain on grips is quite a bit different than pictured

The grips are high quality for sure but the grain pattern is totally different than pictured. Its one thing to have grain variations, and quite another to have something that looks like a different wood all together. The color finish on the product I received is close but more of a chestnut color (slightly orange-ish with medium dark grain patterns) rather than cherry as pictured. To be fair, they did indicate a wide variation possibility in the color tone (red to dark brown). I believe it may be possible that the reason for the totally different grain pattern is because of the direction of the cut from wood stock. In the product I received, rather than a swirley random grain as shown in the picture, it is a tight straight uniform pattern much like oak or walnut. So before buying, just know that even though the quality and fit is perfect, chances are it will look nothing like the sample picture shown, both in color and grain pattern. They probably should have been a little more up front with that on the description. It does sound like maybe they've had a few complaints because it says, "wood grain may vary, its wood folks." A little condescending when it should have said, "your product may not look anything like what we have pictured" I wouldn't have written this so whinney, but I feel like they did not accurately represent the product appearance or description.

These grips are a perfect fit and an attractive upgrade for my CZ-75b. They are slightly thicker than the factory rubber grips they replaced but the difference is minor. Great value as well compared to other custom grips.
