Shipping & Handling Policy
Important! Due to the speed of our ordering fulfillment, we cannot make any changes or additions to an order that has already been placed online. However, if you decide you do not need an item and assuming the order has not shipped, we can cancel the order and you can replace your order with the new changes via the website.
When you reach the check out page applicable shipping and handling will be added to your order, you have choices on the way your package ships. Cost of shipping also includes all handling fees.
We ship all packages US Priority Mail with insurance unless you choose the FedEx option.
Firearms are shipped using FedEx unless otherwise stated.
If you are in a hurry to receive your items, please email or call for a stock check.
Shipping on orders can take up to 14 days (In stock orders are a lot quicker).
We do strive to keep all items in stock at all times but, sometimes due to high demand we run out.
If we cannot fulfill the complete order in a timely manner, we will delete the missing part and credit you for the missing item.
You can ask to have us hold the package till we have the part (NO TIME FRAME WILL BE INDICATED)
Please add this to the customer notes when checking out of the store.
The system will authorize your credit card as soon as the order is made.
We will not charge the credit card until we ship the package.
Debit cards put a hold on your account for the amount purchased.
FedEx Shipping received before 12:00 PM Arizona time ships same day. PLEASE NOTE: If you absolutely need it by a certain time frame please use FedEx. FedEx tracking numbers are also emailed directly to you.
If you are having your CZ Custom order shipped to a hotel you must choose the FedEx option. We will not ship your order via USPS.
US Priority Mail Shipping
Any order valued at $300 or more being shipped in the U.S. via USPS will be sent with Signature Confirmation. If you need it to be shipped without Signature Confirmation please be sure to let us know.
US Priority Mail has been the most economic way to ship.
US Priority Mail also includes insurance and tracking, which we email to you at time of shipping.
Please check your SPAM filter, sometimes the tracking emails go there. We always send them so you should receive them. If you have a SPAM responder then the tracking email will bounce back and not be resent.
We do not like to ship using FIRST CLASS MAIL because there is no tracking or insurance for this option. We will not refund or replace your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged with this option.
We DO NOT ship firearms, major component parts of firearms, bullets, brass, ammunition or powder outside of the US however we do export, contact Rob for details.
If you order these items internationally they will be canceled from your invoice.
All applicable import duties on international shipments are the package recipient responsibility. International shipments under $75.00 will be charged a processing fee of $2.00
Once the gun is ready to pick up, INSPECT THE GUN THOROUGHLY to make sure it is what you ordered and that there are no problems with it.
If there is a problem DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER. Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and cannot be returned.
Firearms and frames maybe shipped within the US but there must be a valid F.F.L. on file before we ship.
Firearms will ship directly to your F.F.L. not to you.
Shipping your personal firearm
Repair and custom work on a CUSTOMER OWNED FIREARM can be returned to the customers address.
Custom gun work done on a customer supplied gun will incur return shipping costs, if the gun is supplied new by us then shipping will be covered under the sale of the pistol.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Ghost Products Inc/CZ Custom within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for details
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Items that have been opened inappropriately, handled or used cannot be returned for a credit or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used or form of payment.
Why is shipping one small part so much?
We get this question frequently. We ship Priority mail with the post office since it has tracking. We have tried in the past to ship First Class Mail but due to the high incident of lost parcels we were forced to stop this practice. We have to pay transaction fees to the credit card companies, website hosting companies and the employees that monitor pack and ship the orders. So while I agree that shipping can be high for a small item the cost of the small order is higher than you might realize. Most companies have a minimum order of $25 or higher and charge a fee for a smaller order. We don’t follow that practice. Perhaps add some other items to the order like recoil springs they "per CZ-UB" should be changed every 3000 rounds anyway.
