Shipping & Returns
We normally ship US Mail but have the option to use UPS and Fedex.
Contact us if you have a strong desire for either UPS or Fedex there I am sure will be an extra charge
US Mail has been the most economic way to ship.
We do NOT SHIP Firearms, Bullets, Ammunition or Powder outside of the US
If you order these items they will be cancelled from your invoice.
Firearms and frames maybe shipped within the US but there must be a valid FFL on file before we ship.
Return policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Ghost Products
Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Items that have been opened inappropriately, handled or used cannot be returned for a credit or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used or form of payment.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for Details
All applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the package recipient of international shipments.
International Shipments under $75.00 will be charged a processing fee of $2.00
Normal shipping on orders shall not take no more the 10/14 Days (normally a lot quicker).
Sometimes due to high demand we run out, we will inform you if your order has been delayed.
We do strive to keep all items in stock at all times, but ... sometimes it happens.
The system will bill your Credit Card as soon as the order is made.
If you are in a hurry, email or call for stock check first.
