Aluminum shoe fitted to original but modified CZ Polymer Base Pad. Retains hole to access lock plate for disassembly. This is for a reduced capacity FULL SIZE CZ magazine Compact Plastic adapters are shorter, this would work but will stick out of the pistol and could cause over insertion issues at slide lock.
