Install a CZ Front Sight

Remove the roll pin using the appropriate 2.0mm Front sight Roll Pin Punch

Tap the old front sight out (towards the muzzle) using an appropriate soft hammer or soft block

Replace the new front sight into the dovetail and tap it toward the back of the gun until it seats in the rear of the dovetail cut. Make sure it goes all the way back.

Using the correct Number 47 Drill, for making the hole in the new front sight. Front Sight Drill

Drill through the roll pin hole (IMPORTANT) Drill from the left side of the gun to the right side, Drill cut clockwise and drilling from this direction will not cause the front sight to walk out as the drill starts to cut.
DO not Start drilling if the drill bit is caught under the sight pull back a little start the drill and drill through when the drill is spinning.

Replace the front sight pin, New Front Sight Pin (YOU MUST REPLACE or the BUSHING CAN BE LOST)

We do not pre drill the notch because that allows for ill fitting and slack sights, drilling the slot in the sight is the only way to fit a  sight correctly.
